Q: How can I qualify for free Express Shipping?

A: Our premium Free Express Shipping feature is valid for all orders with a total of $250 and above.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Normally on the Free Standard Shipping you should expect your order within 15-28 days. In some situations, you might receive it before 15 days and in others a bit more than 28 days, depending on your location.


Q: How long does it take to receive my express order?

A: Our Free Express Shipping usually takes 7-15 days to get to your doorstep.


Q: Will I be able to track my order?

Q: While browsing your store I can see the products in my local currency but when I checkout I see the product in dollar, why is that?
